Stainless steel ducts (SUS Duct — Steel Use Stainless Duct) are ventilation duct products manufactured from stainless steel sheets through mechanical processing including cutting, bending, forming, and welding. Available in round and rectangular configurations, these ducts can be custom-produced in various shapes, specifications, and plate materials according to on-site project requirements. With excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and high strength, stainless steel ducts play an irreplaceable role in industrial ventilation and exhaust systems.

Material grade selection for stainless steel ducts is extensive. Primary grades include SUS304, 316, 303, 310, 310S, 301, 302, 304L, 316L, 321, 201, 202, 902, 904, 317, 430 and more. SUS304 is the most widely used general-purpose stainless steel with excellent overall properties. SUS316 and 316L, containing molybdenum, demonstrate outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-containing environments. SUS310 and 310S provide superior high-temperature resistance for hot flue gas exhaust systems. Material selection must balance media corrosivity, operating temperature, pressure requirements, and economic considerations.

Surface finishing processes directly impact both the appearance and performance of stainless steel ducts. Our surface treatment options include: 8K mirror finish (precision-polished for extremely high reflectivity, ideal for applications with strict cleanliness and aesthetic requirements), colored stainless steel (rich colors achieved through chemical or electrochemical processes), brushed and matte finishes (uniform mechanical texture providing fingerprint and scratch resistance), patterned and etched finishes (decorative patterns created through embossing or chemical etching), titanium gold and snowflake sand (premium decorative effects), 2B and BA finishes (standard industrial surfaces), and industrial heavy plate. Customers can select the most appropriate surface treatment based on their environmental and aesthetic requirements.
